This is a new binary for Windows that updates your TeamSpeak 2 server to version 2.0.23.19. This release contains the following bugfixes:

• fixed a critical security issue which could enable an attacker to read files from your harddisk
• minor fixes
  

Please note, that this version also contains all bugfixes that were previously released in Windows binaries.
